SteamScrubber Glassware Washers are designed to wash and dry general purpose labware. They have stainless steel top and bottom racks that accommodate basket inserts for a wide variety of glassware shapes and sizes, primarily beakers and other wide-mouth glassware. Specialized inserts for BOD bottles, petri dishes, culture tubes and small utensils enhance the SteamScrubber's versatility. In addition, the SteamScrubber accomodates Upper and Lower Spindle Racks. (Additional racks and basket inserts are sold separately).

FlaskScrubber Glassware Washers are designed to wash and dry narrow-neck and general purpose labware. They have a lower spindle rack that holds up to 36 pieces of primarily narrow-neck glassware such as volumetric flasks. Water and detergent are pumped through the spindles to reach the innermost areas of your glassware. Forced air drying through the spindles ensures thorough drying inside and out. Specialized inserts for pipets, BOD bottles, petri dishes, culture tubes and small utensils enhance the FlaskScrubber's versatility. The washer may be outfitted with an Upper Standard or Spindle Rack to increase capacity. In addition, a Lower Standard Rack may be used instead of the Lower Spindle Rack. (Additional racks and accessory inserts are sold separately). Architect 3-Part Specifications are available for downloading. An outside analytical laboratory conducted visual cleanability studies and EPA residue testing on the FlaskScrubber Glassware Washer. Results of the cleanability studies showed visually clean glassware. Based on the results of the EPA residue testing, the laboratory concluded that the FlaskScrubber is a viable option for cleaning and reuse of glassware used for trace metal, volatile organic and semi-volatile organic compounds.

FlaskScrubber Vantage Series Glassware Washers

FlaskScrubber® Vantage™ Series Glassware Washers are designed to wash and dry narrow-neck and general purpose glasssware and have specialized features forr contamination-sensitive research. Adjustable cycle programs give the user full control in setting the right combination of water temperature, detergent and rinse aid amounts, wash and rinse times, and number of rinses. Memory stores both factory set and user set programs for reproducible protocols. The RS-232 port provides a means to document settings and actual washing conditions. The unique viewing window with light lets you see each cycle in progress. Temperatures up to 93° C (199° F) may be programmed for wash and rinse cycles to remove lipids and sanitize glassware. Up to 6 purified water rinses may be programmed to ensure that no water soluble contaminants are introduced. The forced air drying system incorporates a 99.97% efficient HEPA filter to remove airborne particulates. The result is thoroughly clean, dry labware, ready for use in sensitive research.
